Health Dialog came to Furious desiring a web identity highly customized to its user base. Brand strategy survey indicated the primary users is seriously ill people, most in their 50's or older, who typically access the site from their homes. Because most typical users have limited experience using the internet, we created an uncluttered interface with intuitive navigation to tens of thousands of pages of medical information. To encourage repeat users to the site and increase usability Furious added the ability to save articles into My Health Folder and the functionality to communicate online with a Health Coach.
